Pork

With several common pork cuts available, we use this incredibly versatile protein for everything from breakfast to holiday feasts. Better yet, today's cuts tend to be leaner than pork produced during the 1970s. That's because they're higher in protein and lower in saturated fats and cholesterol.

Common pork cuts include pork belly, pork chops, pork ribs (like spare ribs and baby back ribs), pork tenderloin, pork loin, pork shoulder (including Boston butt), ham, and bacon.

In this section of the book you will find these pork recipes:

  • Boston Butt / Bolar Blade (Pork Shoulder) (instant pot)

  • Green Bean Casserole with Bacon

  • Left-over Pork Risotto

  • Roast Pork with Crispy Crackling

  • Savoury Pork Curry

  • Satay Pork
